Susan's newest series, Patterns in Nature seeks to explore repetitive geometrics that occur in the natural and industrial world. This foray into more contemporary compositions is all about beginning with one geometric thought, one movement, one-note that can be pushed to its limits within a mosaic palette. It's to create a cohesive visual story that receives excitement from texture and pattern. This idea is pushed further by the incorporation of found objects, such as rusted metal pieces that she found on the, "Sidewalk."

*This series is in it's early days, check back often for more completed pieces.*
